From Belt Parkway (East or West)
Exit at Rockaway Parkway (Exit 13). Head north on Rockaway Parkway for approximately 0.5 miles. Our facility is on the right at 1310 Rockaway Pkwy.
From Linden Boulevard
Head east on Linden Blvd and turn right onto Rockaway Parkway. Continue south for approximately 0.3 miles. Our facility is on the left.
From Manhattan
Take the Brooklyn Bridge to the BQE/I-278 East. Merge onto Belt Parkway East. Exit at Rockaway Parkway (Exit 13). Approximately 35-45 minutes depending on traffic.
From Queens
Take the Jackie Robinson Parkway/I-678 South to Belt Parkway West. Exit at Rockaway Parkway (Exit 13). Approximately 20-30 minutes.
From Long Island
Take the Southern State Parkway West to Belt Parkway West. Exit at Rockaway Parkway (Exit 13). Approximately 30-40 minutes from Nassau County.
From JFK Airport
Take the Van Wyck Expressway/I-678 North to Belt Parkway West. Exit at Rockaway Parkway (Exit 13). Approximately 15-20 minutes.
Parking Information
Free on-site parking is available for patients, families, and visitors. Our parking lot is located directly adjacent to the facility entrance. Additional street parking is available on Rockaway Parkway and surrounding streets.
Public Transportation
Subway: Take the L train to Canarsie–Rockaway Parkway station (last stop). Walk north on Rockaway Parkway for approximately 5 minutes to our facility at 1310 Rockaway Pkwy.
Bus: Multiple bus lines serve the area including the B6, B17, B42, and BM2. Check the MTA website for current schedules and routes.
